13. Timing of Events
The timing of track and field | Cross Country events will be managed by Track, LLC. We will handle the creation of event schedules, extend invitations, gather information from schools, teams, and clubs, and organize the data using technology and online sources.
Our timing services are available for booking year-round. As the season approaches, there may be multiple requests for the same business day. Due to this, we can only hold a reserved date for a maximum of 90 days. Once this period has passed, any new inquiries will take priority over existing reservations. The existing client may or may not be notified about the approaching 90-day expiration, and it is the client’s responsibility to reach out to renegotiate a specific date.
We reserve the right to use information regarding a track and field | Cross Country meets to promote our timing services on social media and other media platforms.
